Common Fault and Solution of SMT Machine

Pick and place machine is one of our very important in the production of electronic machinery, today’s pick and place machine data more precise and more intelligent. But many people begin to use it without knowledge, it is easy to lead to SMT machine all kinds of problems. The following is the common fault and its resolution:

I. Indicator light is not on the solution:

1. Check whether our power supply is normally connected to use.

2. Check whether the fuse on our logic board is abnormal.

3. Check whether our power indicator is faulty and whether it can be powered on normally
II. The system has no image solution:

1. Check whether our video cable is normally connected to the position of the image display card.

2. Check whether our video cable is normally energized (use multimeter).
III. SMT chip mounter can not be HOME operation solution:

1. Use our diagnostics to check if the sensors are working properly

2. Check whether the switch is normal in diagnostic mode

3. Check whether X and Y axes can move normally in diagnostic mode

4. Check whether the motor 1/0 card is inserted correctly

5. Check whether the tip is stuck
IV. SMT chip machine can not return to the X/Y coordinates of the HOME bit solution

1. Examine the sensory organs in diagnostic mode

2. Check the switch in diagnostic mode

3. Check whether the mechanical head is stuck
IV. automatic detection of height failure solution

1. Check pressure =80psi

2. At least 75psi when vacuum is turned on

3. Check the vacuum sensor reading in diagnostic mode

4. Clean water in air filters
V. SMT machine boot can not enter the software solution

1. Pull out the motor 1/0 card, clear the position of the golden finger, then insert the motor 1/0 card tightly, tighten the screws.

2. ATO ‘TRONIK DRIVER ERROR.

3. Desktop icon link error, redo the shortcut.
VI. Solutions to bad components absorption

1. Check the vacuum negative pressure regularly, clean the filter in the vacuum pump and replace the filter regularly.

2. The filter on SMT suction nozzle should be replaced no more than half a month, and the filter on the mounting head should be replaced no more than half a year.

3. Clean the suction nozzle regularly. And the pollution blackened vacuum filter element to be replaced.
