How to improve the productivity of smt machine?

1. The electronic material itself

5. Mounter negative pressure problem
SMD machine can absorb the component placement, mainly by the internal vacuum to produce negative pressure for absorption and placement, if the vacuum pump or air tube is broken or blocked, will cause the air pressure value is small or insufficient, so that can not absorb the components or in the process of moving the mounting head fall, this situation will also appear throw material increase, this situation requires replacement of air tube or vacuum pump.

6. The placement machine image visual recognition error
SMD machine can be specified components mounted to the specified pad position, mainly thanks to the visual recognition system of the mounter, the visual recognition of the mounter component material number, size, size, and then after the internal machine algorithm of the mounter, the component will be mounted to the specified PCB pad above, if the visual has dust or dust, or damaged, there will be a recognition error and lead to absorb material error, resulting in If there is dust or dirt in the vision or if it is damaged, then there will be an error in recognition which will lead to the wrong material being absorbed, resulting in an increase in throwing material, and this situation will require a replacement vision recognition system.
