According to the width of the PCB, adjust the width of the guide rail of the mounter, which should be greater than the width of the PCBImm, to ensure that the PCB can slide freely on the guide rail.

3. On-line programming, that is, the process of manually entering the pick and place program on the SMT machine. For products that have completed offline programming, you can directly call up the product program, for products without CAD coordinate files, you can use online programming.

4. Installation of SMT feeder, according to the offline programmed picking program or online programming, install various parts on the material table of the bonder. After installation, it must be checked by an inspector to make sure it is correct and incorrect before it can be put into test and production.

5. Make reference marks and visual images of parts. When mounted on a machine, the printed circuit board must be reference calibrated if the mounting accuracy is high. The reference calibration is done by designing the reference mark on the printed circuit board and the optical system of the mounter to calibrate the center system.

6. Try to paste the pieces and adjust the program or redo the visual image according to the inspection result. The bonder needs to do test paste and the inspection method is determined by the configuration of the test equipment in each unit. After checking the results, you need to adjust the program or redo the visual image. If errors are found in part specifications, orientation and performance, corrective procedures should be performed in accordance with the process documentation.

7. Continuous installation production is carried out in accordance with the operating procedures. In the middle, the installation process, always pay attention to the waste bin in the waste material is not piled up too high, and timely clean up, so that the waste can not be higher than the slot, so as not to damage the installation head.

8. Inspection: the first piece of self-inspection after passing the special inspection, special inspection after passing the installation in batches.

SMT machine operation process

1. Inspection

2. Power on

Turn on the main power supply and system power supply, and check whether the emergency power supply is turned on normally. Then press the “Start” button or “Start” button in the system to return each axis of the machine to its origin.

3. Setup

Check if there are any defects in the suction nozzles in the system, and then enter the production mode.

4. Observation

Observe whether the feeder can operate normally, check its working condition, and reset in the system if there is too much input.

5. Check

If there are components installed off-set, tilted, leakage, etc., stop working in time and check whether there is any error in the configuration in the system, or the lens appears to be a foreign object, resulting in inaccurate installation.

6. Shutdown

Turn off the mounter system, wait for the system interface to turn black before pulling out the power switch.
