I. Principle of wave soldering machine
Wave soldering machine refers to the melted soft brazing solder (lead-tin alloy), through the electric pump or electromagnetic pump jet into the design requirements of the solder crest, can also be formed by injecting nitrogen into the solder pool, so that the pre-loaded components of the printed circuit board through the solder crest, to achieve the components of the soldering end or pin and the printed circuit board pads of the soft brazing of the mechanical and electrical connection between the soldering. Wave soldering machine is mainly composed of transportation belt, flux adding area, preheating area and wave soldering furnace.
II. Wave soldering operation specification
1. Preparation for wave soldering operation
a. Check whether the wave soldering machine with good ventilation equipment.
b. Check whether the wave soldering machine timing switch is good.
c. Check whether the tin tank temperature indicator is normal. Temperature indicator up and down adjustment, and then use a thermometer to measure the temperature at 10-15 mm below the liquid surface of the tin tank, to determine whether the temperature changes with it.
2. Check whether the preheater system is normal: open the preheater switch, check whether it is warming up and whether the temperature is normal.
3. Check the work of the cut foot knife: according to the thickness of the printed board and the length of the components left in the lead to adjust the height of the blade, and then tighten the blade frame and smooth, boot visual inspection of the blade’s rotation, and finally check whether the insurance device is out of order.
4. Check whether the flux container compressed air supply is normal: pour flux, adjust the air inlet valve, boot flux foam, use the sample printed board will be adjusted to the foam board thickness of 1/2, and then the town of tight eye pressure valve, to be formally operated when no longer move this valve, only open the air inlet switch can be.
5. Waiting for all the above procedures are normal, before the required various process parameters preset to the relevant position of the equipment.
