Feature
Automatic SMT nozzle is not only the key part of SMT machine to attach and put the absorbed components, but also the background of the camera of the optical vision system. It mainly absorbs the components by vacuum adsorption, and puts the components absorbed in the suction nozzle on the coordinate position of the circuit board by blowing.
In order to achieve the ideal situation, it is necessary to ensure that the center of the component, the center of the suction nozzle and the spatial center of the image should be coincident when the suction nozzle of the SMT machine absorbs the components. In fact, the adjustment of the optical vision system is also to compensate for the deviation caused by the mismatch in the actual work.
