Chinese Professional Mini Conveyor - SMD conveyor J08 – Neoden Detail:
Conveyors feature a stationary front rail and a movable rear rail (adjustable by hand) to accommodate boards from 30 mm wide to 300 mm wide. All of them use flat belts and the length range is from 50 mm to 320 mm. Conveyor speed is variable and adjustable from 0.5 – 400 mm/min. Each system comes with an auto/manual selector and a side button that allows operators to deactivate the conveyor so that boards can be removed and placed on the inspection/work table adjacent to the front rail. Made by aluminum and steel, it has a professional look.
Multi-use SMT conveyor/PCB conveyor for PCB printed circuit board, this is specifically designed for transporting PCB with electronic assembly, test, and inspection equipment.
SMT conveyor can link other machines for smt assembly, and also support visual inspection, manual assembly, and PCB buffering functions. Their advantage is the small size, which allows them to be placed anywhere when you have limited space.
With a Conveyor, an automatic SMT production line ( Printer→Conveyor→Pick and Place Machine→Conveyor→Oven) could be set up, which is more time-saving and labor-saving.
