Feature
1. Five heating zones can make inside temperature more accurate and well-proportioned, just need 15-20mins to reach the working temperature.
(First:Fast preheat zone Second:Soldering zone Third:Drying zone Fourth/Fifth:Bottom-side heat zones)
2. Using AC motor to drive the conveyor belt, chain type transmission way. Speed adjustment is controlled by automatic electronic analog switch, which sensitivity no more than 1 degree,control accuracy ±10mm/min.
3. Support working under both single Phase(220V)and Three phases(380V),suit both lead or lead-free solder paste
4. Cooling fan:Mainly to cool the welded PCB,or cool the heat parts inside machine to guarantee their good work.
5. Signal lights:Supervise the work condition of the machine, that is,signal lights indicate the temperature of the machine in normal and abnormal working state .
6. Emergency Stop Button-Support Abnormal Shutdown during breakdown situation
7.Support adjust the height of the base,which is convenient to build a Complete Automatic SMT Production Line with other SMT Machines
