Standard Configuration
1. The 2D function can quickly detect the printing defects such as offset,less tin, missing printing and connecting tin, and the detection points can be increased arbitrarily; SPC software can ensure the printing quality through the sample analysis machine CPK index collected by the machine.
2. The scraper Y axis adopts servo motor drive through screw drive, to improve accuracy grade,operational stability and extend the service life,to provide customers with a good printing control platform.
Options Configuration
1. Automatic adjustment and supervision of temperature and humidity within the printing press, to ensure the stable physical characteristics of printing materials.
2. It is connected with SPI to form a closed-loop system. When the feedback information of SPI printing is received, the machine will automatically adjust according to the SPI feedback offset. The XY direction offset can be automatically adjusted in 3pcs, and the steel mesh can be cleaned to improve the printing quality and production efficiency, forming a complete printing feedback system.
