There should be desiccant in the vacuum packaging bag and the packaging is close, and it can not contact with water and air, so as to avoid the soldering of reflow oven and product quality affected by tin spray on the surface of PCB and oxidation of the solder pad.
2. PCB should be placed and labeled in categories. After sealing, the boxes should be separated into walls, and should not be exposed to sunlight. It should be kept in a ventilated and dry storage cabinet with a good storage environment (temperature: 22-27 degrees, humidity: 50-60%).
3. for PCB circuit boards that are not used for a long time, it is best to brush the surface of the PCB circuit boards with three-proof paint, which can be moistureproof, dustproof and anti-oxidation, so that the storage life of PCB circuit boards can be increased to 9 months.
4. The unpacked PCB patch can be stored for 15 days under constant temperature and humidity, and no more than 3 days under normal temperature;
5. The PCB should be used up within 3 days after unpacking. If not used up, vacuum seal with static bag again.
6. The PCBA board after SMT machine is mounted and DIP should be transported and placed with an antistatic bracket.
