4.The transmission side of the power control board can’t have a gap.
5.The pad cannot have over line hole, the component pad periphery cannot have leakage tin hole, the packaging needs to conform to the large material device packaging requirements.
Part of the customer’s power control board has double-sided mounting requirements, this involves the relevant ability of the equipment and the speed of the production line change line, the process flow of double-sided mounting is A side solder paste printing – SMD – reflow oven soldering – flip board – B side solder paste printing -SMT pick and place-Reflow soldering.
