I. PCB board inspection standards

1. Serious defects (expressed as CR): any defects that are sufficient to cause injury to the human body or machine or endanger the safety of life, such as: non-compliance with safety regulations / burn / electric shock.

2. Major Defects (denoted as MA): Defects that may cause damage to the product, abnormal functioning, or affect the service life of the product due to materials.

3. Minor defects (expressed as MI): does not affect the function and service life of the product, there are cosmetic defects and minor defects or differences in the assembly of the mechanism.

II. The inspection conditions of the PCBA board

1. in order to prevent contamination of components or parts, you must choose gloves or finger gloves with EOS / ESD protection, and use electrostatic ring operation. The light source is a white fluorescent lamp. The light intensity must be above 100Lux and clearly visible within 10 seconds.

2. Inspection method: Place the product about 40 cm away from both eyes, about 45 degrees up and down, and inspect it visually or with a triple magnifying glass.

3. Inspection standard: (Sampling based on QS9000 C≥0 AQL=0.4% sampling level; if customers have special requirements, according to customer acceptance standards).

4. Sampling plan: mil-std-105 E level 2 normal single sampling

5. Decision-making criteria: serious defects (CR) AQL 0%

6. Major disadvantage(MA)AQL 0.4%

7. Secondary Inferiority(MI)-AQL-0.65%

As some PCB board size is relatively small, often using the splicing method, in the completion of the PCBA assembly processing, it is necessary to separate the PCBA puzzle. II. The requirements of machine partition board

2. Wear protective tools

Before operation, must be prepared for protection, need to install high-frequency eye protection lighting device to protect the operator’s safety. It is best to also bring a pair of glasses to protect the eyes.

3. should often use alcohol to wipe the machine tool spindle and tool to eliminate PCB dust generated in the process of the splitter, to maintain the normal operation of the splitter.

4. After a certain number of times of use, you need to smooth the slider and bearings of the distributor and check whether the screws are loose, etc.

5. in the process of using the machine, the surface of the table should be kept clean, it is best not to place other things, in order to avoid damage to the tool as well as the items due to the objects on the tool falling. Although there are electric eyes for maintenance, but in the process of use, pay attention to the fingers and tools to adhere to a certain safety interval.
In general, when using PCBA splitters, machine splitters are more efficient and have a lower damage rate than manual splitters. However, when performing machine splitting, it is also necessary to operate in strict accordance with the process to reduce human error.
