Technical Explanation of SMT Machine

The X-Y and Z-axis X-Y positioning system is the main indicator for evaluating the accuracy of the placement machine, which includes the drive mechanism and servo system. The increase in placement speed means that the X-Y transmission mechanism generates heat due to its increased operating speed, and the ball screw is the main source of heat, the variation of which affects placement accuracy. 1. Garden encoders

The encoder is equipped with two garden gratings on different parts of the rotation, the garden gratings are made of glass or transparent and plastic materials, and are coated with bright and dark radiating chrome lines, the distance between adjacent bright and dark is generally called a grid section, the total number of grid sections throughout the garden is the number of line pulses of the encoder. The number of chrome lines also indicates the level of data accuracy. 2. Magnetic scale

It consists of a magnetic scale and a magnetic head detection circuit, which uses electromagnetic properties and the magnetic recording principle to measure displacement. On the basis of the non-magnetic scale, a magnetic film (10-20μm) is deposited on the non-magnetic scale by chemical plating or electroplating and recorded on the magnetic film, with a certain wavelength of square wave or sine magnetic channel signal of a certain year on the meter. The magnetic head moves and reads the magnet on the magnetic scale, converting the electrical signal into a control circuit that eventually controls the operation of the AC servo motor.
