1. Hot air reflow oven
Reflow oven is carried out in this way by using heaters and fans to heat up the internal temperature continuously and then circulate. This type of reflow welding is characterized by laminar flow of hot air to transfer the heat required for welding. The advantage is that the heat energy is always kept in a certain temperature range when welding, there will be no sudden hot and cold, so that welding is easier, the success rate is higher.

2. Hot gas reflow welding
Hot gas reflow welding is characterized by the use of hot gas welding. This welding method requires constant adjustment of welded joints according to different welding sizes, which greatly reduces the welding efficiency.
3. Hot wire reflow welding
The heating metal is used for direct welding, which is often used in the cable, and its joints have certain flexibility. Therefore, the welding is carried out by heating without solder paste, because it is a relatively difficult welding technology, so the welding speed is relatively slow, which slows down the working efficiency.
4. Induction reflow welding
Using the principle of the inductive eddy current, this product does not need to contact with machinery, thus reducing a carrier, thus greatly improving the heating rate. However, due to the lack of carrier, it is difficult to control the temperature, and it is easy to make mistakes if the technology is not at home.
5. Laser reflow welding
Reflow welding by laser heating, because the laser has a good orientation and specificity, the use of laser welding can be a good welding point for processing, so that welding products can be well controlled to reduce deviation.
6. IR reflow welding furnace
This type of reflow welding furnace is also mostly conveyor belt type, but the conveyor belt only plays the role of supporting, transfer substrate, its heating mode is mainly based on infrared heat source to heat in radiation way, the temperature in the furnace is more uniform than the previous way, the mesh is larger, suitable for double-sided assembly of substrate reflow welding heating. This type of reflow furnace can be said to be the basic type of reflow furnace. It is widely used in China, and the price is relatively cheap.
7. Gas phase reflow welding
