II. Wave Soldering Machine Maintenance

Wave soldering maintenance content every 4 hours:

1. Clean up the tin slag between the two waves.

Daily maintenance content of wave soldering machine:

1. Clean up the residue in the tin pool, use tin spoon to collect all tin residue on the tin surface, and add reducing powder to reduce part of the tin residue broken tin; After completing the above steps, put the tin stove back in place.

2. with a cloth dipped in glass water to clean the inside and outside of protective glass.

4. Remove the filter screen inside the spray exhaust hood and clean it with alcohol.
