What is reflow oven?
Reflow soldering machine is to melt the solder paste pre-coated on the solder pad by heating to realize the electrical interconnection between the pins or welding ends of electronic components pre-mounted on the solder pad and the solder pad on the PCB, so as to achieve the purpose of welding electronic components on the PCB board. What is wave soldering machine?

What’s the difference between reflow and wave soldering?

1. Wave soldering is a molten solder to form a solder wave to weld components; Reflow oven is the soldering of components by hot air forming reflow melting solder.

2. 3. Reflow oven is suitable for SMT electronic components, wave soldering is suitable for pin electronic components.
