Why is component placement so important?

PCB design 90% in the device layout, 10% in the wiring, this is indeed a true statement. Starting to go to the trouble of placing the devices carefully can make a difference and improve the electrical characteristics of the PCB. If you just put the components on the board haphazardly, what will happen?

1. Time is wasted: a high probability that you found in the process of wiring some places simply do not have enough space to go, or even the entire wiring needs to be pushed back and start over.

2. The board does not work: you would have thought that the device is placed, all the leads will be laid out and everything is fine. Send the design file to the board manufacturer, wait a few days to receive a brand new board. Just when you’re ready to solder the circuit with gusto, you’re smacked in the face with reality and find that some devices simply can’t be soldered (either the package is wrong or they conflict with each other).
