1-8 Synchronized Nozzles which ensure a repeatable placement accuracy with high speed.
2-Machine runs on highly stable and secure Linux operating system.
Vision system
1-Double mark cameras to reach at extreme end feeders for better calibration.
2-High resolution and high speed component camera system improves the overall speed of the machine.
66 Reel tape feeders
1-Closed loop Servo control system with feedback makes the machine to function more accurate.
2-Picking location of pneumatic feeder can be calibrated automatically and promptly,to ensure easy operation and high efficiency.
Feeder basic info
1. Move speed: It is used to control the head movement speed, generally just keep default will be ok. It is need be changed slower while doing some pick test.
2. Down speed: It is used to control the nozzle head Z-axis downward speed (Special notice: for lead pitch distance< 0.5mm, please set this to a lower speed).
3. Accuracy: Generally normal resistor/ capacitor is default as high speed mode, do not need to modify it; For IC, please select high accuracy mode.
4. Brightness: it refers to the brightness of component recognition (after be picked up) in assembly procedure.
