Features
The lifting power adopts gear deceleration brake motor.
The lifting drive adopts 30MM rigid shaft guide rail, with precision ball screw drive.
The lifting platform is formed by one-piece casting, which has high precision and is not easy to be deformed.
The conveying track is equipped with special section material and anti-collision stainless steel shaft.
The conveyor chain adopts PC40 black chain.
Siemens PLC is used with touch screen control interface which is easy to operate.
Instructions for equipment status: Tri-color lamp with buzzer + touch screen alarm code display.
The photoelectric sensor is induced by OMRON sensor.
The outlet is equipped with anti-splint inductor to protect PCB from lifting and lifting.
Upper and lower pneumatic clamp can ensure accurate position of material frame
Push plate cylinder uses rod cylinder to push PCB out of material frame.
The thrust of the pusher cylinder can be adjusted according to the need to prevent excessive thrust from damaging the PCB plate.
