1.Please put the machine near the power supply, and require the ground smooth.
2.Make sure the power switch is turned off, then insert the plug.
3.Open the gate lock, and open the machine cover.
4.Place the solder paste pot
4.1Take out need to stir the solder paste, remove the inner cap and tighten the cover.
4.2 If you need to stir two cans of solder paste, the best quality is equal, or differences in 50g.
4.3 If you stir one can solder paste every time, please filled in the same specification and the quality of the waste paste to another fixture, keep in balance.
4.4 Open the fixture,put the solder paste pot into the inside, and then cover,finally lock it. If equipped with paste pot is not standard, too big or too small, please contact us.
4.5 The paste is loaded, make sure that there is nothing missing in the machine.
5. Close the lid and lock the gate lock.
6. Turn on the power switch, if you need to adjust the time, set the time relay please.
7. Press the light switch, light is working. If you want to start the machine, must reset the light switch. Press the start switch, the machine starts running and light is working at the same time. When reach the setting time,the motor stop running and light stop shining. When the motor is running, press the stop switch, the motor will stop running, and the light also stop shining.
8.When the machine is running, if you are forced to turn off the power to open the upper cover, be careful not to touch the rotating parts.
