2010
The Foundation Established in Hangzhou, China. Launched the 1st generation TM220A, revolutionizing the market for desktop pick and place machines and serving 500+ global customers.
2015
The Vision Breakthrough A pivotal year with the launch of NeoDen4. By introducing the first desktop machine with a built-in Vision System, we set a new standard for accuracy in the prototyping market.
2016-2019
Global Standards & Expansion Achieved TUV CE Certification and expanded our global distributor network. We began building our ecosystem by launching the IN6 Reflow Oven, moving from selling standalone machines to offering basic SMT lines.
2020
Capacity Scale-Up Completed the NeoDen Park (27,000+ m² HQ). This massive expansion in R&D and manufacturing capacity laid the groundwork for industrial-grade equipment production.
2021-Present
The Era of Full-Scale Automation We successfully transitioned from prototyping to Customized Mass Production Solutions.
