- Multi-Channel Lighting: Utilizes a ring-shaped, multi-channel color light source (e.g., RGB/RGBW configurations) combined with optical principles of specular reflection, diffuse reflection, and oblique reflection to clearly display solder joint conditions of surface-mount components.
- Intelligent Recognition: Supports automatic configuration of critical parameters like offset, polarity, and short circuits based on varying inspection requirements.
The system provides multiple programming and data processing tools to optimize user experience and quality management:
- Flexible Programming Modes: Supports automatic programming, manual programming, and CAD data import for rapid product changeovers.
