Three color signal lights Note:
Green light: means machine in auto running state.
Yellow light: means machine in manual mode working.
Yellow light flash: waiting MAGAZINE IN OR OUT.
Red light flash: Abnormal running, or push emergency button, while buzzer ring.

Maintenance
Weekly inspection
- Check the conveyor chain loosen or not, keep the chain always clean.
- Keep the lift platform linear bearing always clean.
- Wipe the dirty grease and lubricate the ball screw.
- Check all the manual operation buttons normal or not.
- Test PCB transportation smooth or not.
- Rise the lift platform to the top limitation position and switch off power, to check if the platform will down or not.
- Check the air cylinder runs smoothly or not.
- Check the chain's conveyor abrasion or not.
- Check all sensors / magnetic valve workable or not.
