NeoDen ND800 comprehensively detects all types of defects that may occur during SMT and DIP production, ensuring complete PCB quality:
- Solder paste printing defects: missing solder, excess solder, misalignment, bridging, contamination, scratches, etc.
- Component placement defects: missing components, excess components, misalignment, skew, Manhattan effect, sideways placement, reverse orientation, incorrect components, etc.
- Solder joint defects: excess solder, insufficient solder, cold solder joints, bridging, no solder, solder balls, IC defects, etc.
- PCB board defects: copper foil contamination, black pads, blistering, oxidation, etc.
- DIP (Through-Hole) Defects: Missing components, damaged components, misalignment, skew, reverse orientation, etc.
- High-Resolution Camera: Utilizes a full-color high-speed digital CCD camera 2424, offering selectable lens resolutions of 10μm/15μm/18μm/20μm.
- Multi-Channel Lighting: Utilizes a ring-shaped, multi-channel color light source (e.g., RGB/RGBW configurations) combined with optical principles of specular reflection, diffuse reflection, and oblique reflection to clearly display solder joint conditions of surface-mount components.
