- Powerful Software Features: The machine is equipped with NeoDen's independent Linux software, which ensures flexible and expedient upgrading , as well as easier operation and faster training. It also has a 1-click optimization function for mounting sequences and quick calibration of the picking position.
- Versatile Configuration: The NeoDen9 has 6 independently controlled placement heads. Each head can move up and down separately, making it easy to pick up components. The standard effective mounting height reaches 16mm, meeting the requirements for flexible SMT processing. It supports both electric and pneumatic feeders with a maximum of 53 tape reel feeders. The maximum PCB width it can handle is 300mm.
- Smart and Safe: The machine is equipped with a self-developed flying camera recognition system that uses an imported CMOS sensor, a 5-million-level industrial high-definition lens, and 289 LEDs ring shadowless light sources to ensure stable and durable effects. Patented sensor technology allows it to handle black PCBs. The front and rear feeder stacks are also equipped with patent sensors. If a Feeder is not installed correctly, the placement head will be locked to prevent head bumps and abnormalities caused by misoperation.
