Through innovative electrical control and pneumatic circuit designs, the squeegee pressure is continuously monitored, ensuring its stability throughout the printing process.
2. 3-Axis PCB Adjustment Platform
Features an integrated 3-axis module design, ensuring stability and consistency.
Incorporates a specialized lead screw and nut backlash elimination mechanism to guarantee the precision of PCB position correction.
3. High-Precision Mark Camera
Featuring an integrated dual-camera design (top and bottom), it ensures stability and consistency throughout the operational process.
Equipped with a 6-channel light source, it effectively adapts to imaging surfaces with varying reflective properties.
4. Stencil Underside Cleaning Module
