It uses full hot-air convection combined with aluminum alloy heating plates for even heat distribution.
Q2. Why is the displayed temperature different from PCB temperature?
The display shows the real-time temperature of the internal heating units (plates).
The actual air/chamber temperature and PCB surface temperature are typically 20–40°C lower than the displayed heating unit temperature, depending on conveyor speed, PCB size, thickness, and component density.
