Products Description
1. Power: Three phrase 380V, five-wire system connect with main circuit.
2. Drive motor: The AC motor is used to drive the conveyor belt. The transmission mode is sprocket type, speed adjustment is controlled by automatic electronic analog switch. Its sensitivity is not more than 1 degree,control accuracy ± 10mm/min.
3. Blower Motor: The function of fan in the oven is to make the heat distribute more uniform, smooth,so that the temperature in oven will be uniform, it also has cooling function when the machine is down.
4. Cooling fan: Mainly to cool the welded PCB,or cool the heat parts inside machine to guarantee their good work.
5. Heater: Heater provide 0-400℃temperature and evenly distributed in the reflow oven, the temperature range of each zone is different, the power of each heater will be also different
