1. High-Precision Mark Camera
Featuring an integrated dual-camera design (top and bottom), it ensures stability and consistency throughout the operational process.
Equipped with a 6-channel light source, it effectively adapts to imaging surfaces with varying reflective properties.
2. Stencil Underside Cleaning Module
Utilizes a cleaning paper feed-and-feedback system paired with a high-torque geared motor to ensure the stability and consistency of every paper feed cycle.
The cleaning paper holder features a flexible lifting mechanism which, combined with a high-speed blower generating negative pressure, enables a more thorough cleaning of the stencil.
3. High-Precision Magnetic Grating Feedback Module
Both camera beams are designed with a high-precision magnetic grating feedback system, ensuring stability and precision during the printing process.
