Wave soldering process: Insert components into corresponding component holes → Pre-apply flux → Preheat (temperature 90-100°C, length 1-1.2m) → Wave soldering (220-240°C) → Cooling → Trim excess component leads → Inspection.

Single/dual wave soldering machines utilize three-phase asynchronous induction pump technology. Through comparative use, we have obtained the following results: Due to its unique micro-perturbation vibration wave superposition, it can effectively expel gases from the soldering area caused by the thermal decomposition of flux and adhesive in SMT flexible soldering, eliminating skipped soldering and SMC/SMD shadow areas, meeting SMT flexible soldering requirements. Simultaneously, the superposition of micro-perturbation waves significantly enhances the through-hole climbing ability of wave soldering, improving soldering reliability and yield.
