- High-speed inspection: Processing time per frame is less than 0.7 seconds.
- High precision: Height detection precision is 1 μm, and repeatedly (volume, area, height) is less than 1 μm@3sigma.
- Comprehensive function: It can check for various solder paste defects, including area, volume, height, shape, offset, and continuous tin electrodeposit.
2. Stable Mechanical System with Wide Compatibility
- Efficient transfer: Transfer speed is up to 1500mm/s (MAX) and matches SMEMA.
- Strong compatibility: It supports a wide range of PCB sizes, from a minimum of 50mm×50mm to a maximum of 500mm×460mm, with a thickness range of 0.6mm to 6mm.
