NeoDen 4 features high-precision upward and downward dual industrial cameras capable of simultaneously identifying and calibrating different components.
The vision system calculates positional deviations (X-Y and rotational) between components and nozzles, applying real-time corrections to ensure high-precision placement from ultra-small 0201 components to BGAs or irregular components up to 32x32mm (0.5mm pin pitch).
